E-services Toolkit
The E-services Toolkit extends the functionality of 3rdgen powered websites or portals. It provides a range of e-service functions including:

a registration and security system defined by a multi-level hierarchy of roles
- an e-forms building system to create highly configurable, user-defined forms

a forms automation facility to build conditional workflow events that can be linked to date, time and reported information

an email module to assist with communications to registered users.
The toolkit allows a system administrator or authorised user to perform tasks easily with little technical knowledge. Using the E-services Toolkit, you can:
- add additional users
- manage roles and tree positions
- add, remove and review web-based transactional forms
- assign security to forms and form fields
- download information in Excel or XML format
- search database records
- send email to nominated users or external users and automatically catalogue email.
