E-services Toolkit

The E-services Toolkit extends the functionality of 3rdgen powered websites or portals. It provides a range of e-service functions including:

  • a registration and security system defined by a multi-level hierarchy of roles
  • an e-forms building system to create highly configurable, user-defined forms
  • a forms automation facility to build conditional workflow events that can be linked to date, time and reported information
  • an email module to assist with communications to registered users.

The toolkit allows a system administrator or authorised user to perform tasks easily with little technical knowledge. Using the E-services Toolkit, you can:


  • add additional users
  •  manage roles and tree positions
  • add, remove and review web-based transactional forms
  • assign security to forms and form fields
  • download information in Excel or XML format
  • search database records
  • send email to nominated users or external users and automatically catalogue email.
